Scott’s tenure at the Baltimore City Sheriff’s Office provided him the opportunity to become an expert on the criminal justice system and dealing with criminal defendants. In 2000, Scott joined Fred Frank Bail Bonds. For over a decade, Scott dedicated himself to understanding every aspect of the retail bail bond business. In 2011, Scott joined Lexington National.  Scott is extremely knowledgeable in regards to bail procedures and regulations around the country and is able to assist agents in resolving complex problems.   In addition to his law enforcement and bail expertise, Scott also holds a bachelor’s degree in Business from the University of Baltimore and a master’s in Strategic Public Relations from The George Washington University.

Scott has 3 children. Scott and his wife Jonna currently reside in Idaho with their youngest child. The family enjoys outdoor activities such as horseback riding, hunting, scuba diving and skiing. Scott and his family love to travel together and explore other countries and immerse themselves in local culture. In the evenings, Scott can often be found with a good book and fine cigar.
