Mark T. Holtschneider

President

After starting his career as a CPA specializing in taxes and accounting for small businesses, Mark graduated law school summa cum laude. After graduation, he was a law clerk on the Maryland Supreme Court and worked as a trial lawyer. Mark then moved to in-house counsel for USF&G, St. Paul, and Travelers before joining Lexington National in 2004. Mark focuses on solving agent problems and making deals happen.

Outside the office, Mark enjoys spending time with his wife and three sons. He is an avid tennis and platform tennis player. He enjoys hiking, traveling and cheering on the Ravens.
